Walking is the best exercise . Morning walk is really a " touchstone " to keep our body fit and healthy . It provides a good strart to the day . Man collects enough of energy to head out his routine work . In the pre - dawn hours , the breeze is cool , there is no pollution of any type . Everything seems so calm and serene . At such time a brisk pace in the lap of nature , in parks for atleast 20 minutes reactivates man` s reservoirs of energies . I always go for a walk with my parents . We walk there for 20 to 30 minutes . Many people come there daily , even my friends also . The children play in sand . The girls skip rope . I take exercise or take a walk then return home to resume my busy sheduleof routine life .
